Nail Your Engagement Session Look with these best places to shop!

One of the best, most rewarding parts of my job as a Photographer & Artist, is assisting with my client’s wardrobe and styling. I have always loved fashion, but the type of fashion that was comfortable, affordable and trendy. I have created a list of best places to shop along with photo inspiration for women and men for engagement sessions, anniversary sessions or just because you want to get dolled up and have precious memories preserved of you and your love. I hope I can inspire and encourage you to go all out and dress for the session your heart truly desires!

1. Lulus

I love equally love both of my client’s soft pastel pink and lavender dresses they purchased from @Lulus. One of the reasons I love Lulu’s is due to their plethora of dress options and colors for women. If I could recommend one go to dress option it would be a long flowing pastel colored dresses. This look NEVER disappoints on camera especially when then wind blows.

2. Nordstrom, Macys, Express & Good Ol’ Steve Madden

I love a great outfit that contrasts with my hubby. In this session, I decided to mix it up a little bit with modern & edgy on the left and sweet and sophisticated on the right. Leather jacket from @Nordstom, Top from @Express, Skirt from @Nastygal, and @SteveMadden open-toed heels in black and nude. For my Hubby both sweaters and black jeans are from @Macys. I love Macy’s for both Men & Women. Hubby’s shoes are from @SteveMadden.

 

3. Windsor

Windsor is hands down one of the best dress stores to shop at and has been since gosh, before I can remember. I remember growing up believing I was going to buy my prom dress from there. Over the years I have brought numerous dresses for black tie events, weddings and other special occasions. All of these beautiful and diverse women purchased their beautiful dresses from @Windsor. Menswear in photos are customized or bought separately from @Macys, @JcPenney and other unknown stores.
